International recruitment and search consultancy, Eames Consulting Group (Eames) today announces the promotion of Ruth Foster.
Foster, who is already a partner in the business, has been promoted to director of HR and Operations. Having joined the business six years ago starting on the sales floor and making the transition to HR, Ruth has played an influential role in structuring and managing the HR and Operations team. Working closely with senior management, Ruth has implemented a comprehensive Learning and Development programme, a new Corporate Social Responsibility scheme and re-aligned the employee benefits scheme as well as over-seeing the day-to-day management of her team.
