Drake learning solutions provides comprehensive predictive personality profiling

.

Global productivity enhancement specialists, Drake Learning Solutions has created an advanced behavioural personality profiling tool designed to help pinpoint the candidate with the right personality to fit the organisation. Called P3, Drake''s product offers comprehensive predictive personality profiling, is easy to use, takes ten minutes to complete and provides results within minutes.

Currently being offered directly to UK organisations to serve as a key aspect of their human capital management portfolio, P3 already enables over 40,000 managers to select and manage over six million employees worldwide and is the most advanced behavioural profiling tool available today, according to Drake.

P3 defines the necessary attributes for the position and measures potential and existing staff against those criteria. It then generates easy to use, in depth computerised behavioural profiles that are more accurate and time efficient than traditional interview and selection methods. Responses are processed through 14,000 statistical calculations, taking less than a couple of minutes to complete the analysis.

Matching positions to personalities using P3 saves a great deal of time and money. Research has shown that poor selection of employees can incur costs of up to 40% of the positions annual salary, and up to five times that in missed opportunities, low morale, lost productivity and negative team impact.

Since 87% of people who leave an organisation do so because of a personality or culture clash, Drake P3''s ability to avoid these clashes leads to a dramatic improvement in staff selection and retention. commented Drake Learning Solutions marketing manager, Lin Winter.

P3 produces a report that is a non-technical, behavioural profile document that examines the individual''s unique combination of five primary behavioural drivers: Dominance, Extroversion, Patience, Conformity and Conscientiousness. P3 will also reveal whether a candidate has attempted to manipulate the responses.
