Dillistone Group Announces 2014 Results

Dillistone Group Plc (www.dillistonegroup.com), the AIM listed parent of Dillistone Systems, Voyager Software, FCP Internet and ISV Software, today announces its full year results for 2014

Dillistone Group Plc (www.dillistonegroup.com), the AIM listed parent of Dillistone Systems, Voyager Software, FCP Internet and ISV Software, today announces its full year results for 2014.

Highlights include:

  • Revenues up 6% to £8.6m
  • Record level of recurring revenues of £5.9m, up 12% from 2013
  • Adjusted operating profits up 1% to £1.80m
  • Adjusted EBITDA up 12% to £2.4m
  • Adjusted pre-tax profits up 1% to £1.82m
  • Adjusted earnings per share up 7% to 8.56p
  • Final dividend of 2.7p per share recommended, making total dividend for the year of 4p (a yield of 3.7% on a share price of 107p)
  • Cash funds of £1.9m.  
  • ISV Software acquisition completed in October 2014


Each business unit reported positive feedback:

Dillistone Systems revealed that the launch of FileFinder Anywhere had led to a major impact on divisional orders. 

  • Order intake Q4 2014 up 20%
  • December 2014 best month for two years for new contract wins
  • Largest new North American contract win since 2009
  • Success continuing into Q1 2015
  • Largest mainland European contract win since 2007
  • Largest ever client upgrade contract received
  • Several clients taken from direct competitor
  • Total Orders in Q1 of 2015 up 12% on Q1 2014


Voyager Software revealed that 2014 had seen growth in both revenue and profits.  Q4 2014 saw it win its largest ever client contract, with the FCP Internet business reported that it had more users running its “Evolve” SaaS platform than at any point in its history.  ISV Software, acquired in October 2014, also made a contribution to the business.  The results report also revealed that the division is expecting to make a number of notable product announcements shortly.
