Green Cathedral has developed its original CVSelector product for a blue-chip, national recruitment client to address the daily problem of managing a large influx of CVs that arrive by email, primarily as Word and PDF attachments.
The product, which initially contained a custom search engine, was so well received that it has now been developed as a shrink-wrap solution and is also available as a managed ASP-style service.
CVSelector is an intranet application, delivered on a low-cost, standalone server platform, and the only set-up required is the allocation of a dedicated CV submission address, such as cvs@mycompany.com.
Once running, CVSelector automatically builds a searchable knowledge base of all CVs received and provides a powerful web-based interface for searching, archival and CV selection.
