CV-Library clients rate the leading job board’s service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ for fifth year running

The UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library, is delighted to announce the results of its annual customer service survey, where 95% of clients rated the service that the company provides as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.

The poll, which has been running annually for five years, was sent to all active clients and ran for two weeks in March. This is the fifth year that the job board has achieved a rating of over 95% and the findings also revealed that 75% of CV-Library clients rate the service that the job board offers as ‘better’ than its main competitors.

The job board has already emerged as the most trusted according to Trustpilot, achieving an ‘Excellent’ rating of 9/10, far outpacing its major competitors.

Lee Biggins, founder and CEO of CV-Library comments:

“Customer service is crucial in any business, not least for companies like ours where we can add value by sharing our expertise around job adverts and CV search. What’s more, it’s a huge driver behind why people choose to work with us over our competitors. So, to gain such positive feedback from our clients is extremely rewarding and I’m immensely proud of our team for this fantastic achievement”

Each and every client that signs up to CV-Library has a dedicated Client Response Coordinator who looks after the day-to-day running of their account, helping customers with sourcing the best candidates and also flagging any issues before they become a wider problem.

The customer service team at CV-Library is currently 45-people strong and is the biggest department within the business. The team is led by Head of Customer Service, Neil Grogan, who joined the company in April 2018 to help steer the future customer service vision for the business and work closely with other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Neil Grogan, Head of Customer Service at CV-Library adds:

“When I joined the organisation 12 months ago, I knew I was going to be a part of a team that really understood the notion of great customer service. Since then, we’ve worked on a number of developments to ensure we can do even better and this has certainly paid off.”

Below are just some examples of the feedback customers gave in the poll:

“The level of support you provide and offer is head and shoulders above the rest.”

“They are always there to help put searches together if I need support.”

“The service is infinitely better than any of the job boards that we use or have used!”

“The system search options allow me to identify suitable candidates with ease.”
