Cluen releases Searchlight: The Resume Firewall

The Cluen Corporation, software solution provider to the human capital industry, has announced the release of Searchlight, an online Resume Firewall, job posting and candidate submission solution.

Searchlight allows recruiters to collect data from prospective candidates, online, inspecting for viruses, and keeping unwanted distractions in a secure off-site facility. Relevant data comes through and can be stored in
the relevant Encore file without data entry. Benefits include: better candidate communication, less data entry, ability to leverage otherwise-trashed information, no large investment in website development or maintenance.

As the future of recruitment technology continues to embrace the Internet as a new distribution model, Cluen has announced the addition of Searchlight to the Encore Search Management software solution. The product has been
launched to several current clients and is now available worldwide.
