In order to access the pool of largely untapped talent that disabled people offer, the Civil Aviation Authority is now advertising their vacancies on Evenbreak.

This not-for-profit specialist online job board, run by and for disabled people, helps genuinely inclusive employers attract more talented disabled candidates.

Cara Roberts, Resourcing Manager for the CAA, said, “We want to ensure that we hire the very best people at the Civil Aviation Authority, and to do so we need to attract people from a broad range of sources. The opportunities at the CAA are varied and exciting, and advertising them through Evenbreak ensures we reach a wider range of candidates.”

Jane Hatton, Founder and Director of Evenbreak, stated, “We are delighted that the Civil Aviation Authority are advertising their vacancies on Evenbreak. We have many thousands of talented disabled candidates with a wide range of skills who will now have confidence to apply to the CAA, knowing their applications will be taken seriously and their skills will be valued.”
