At the same time, the company is preparing to file a second patent application for a new technology designed to measure the outcomes of the candidate selection process.
Chequed.com’s proprietary Hire Readiness™ technology allows employers to penetrate the difficult-to-reach market of passive job seekers by tapping into reference providers for active job seekers. This allows companies to reach candidates who may be interested in a career change but don’t read job postings, and avoids the need to engage professional recruiters, which is both expensive and time consuming.
Using Hire Readiness™, employers invite references to opt-in to learn more about career opportunities. Candidates fill out questionnaires that collect readiness data, such as satisfaction with their current organization, company leadership and compensation. That data is then analyzed to rate a candidate’s readiness in being recruited for a position.
