Carol Rosati OBE founded the Inspire network in 2008 and brings over 25 years’ talent management experience with her to Chemistry, where she will continue to focus on her wide-ranging Diversity & Inclusion activities, working with organisations in the UK and US to further integrate diversity into their recruitment processes. She will also be Managing Partner of Chemical Connections, a network of senior businesspeople working together to find ways of giving everyone their opportunity to be brilliant at work.
