Castle Links goes global in the jobs posting market - 07/2001

-

Following its recent successful management buyout in May, Castle Links has signed an exclusive reciprocal posting agreement with eQuest Inc, the leading jobs posting service provider in the USA. The agreement will allow Castle Linksí customers to post to over 800 sites in the USA, Canada and Asia in addition to over 150 UK and European based sites that Castle Linksí clients can already post to. These services will be reciprocated to eQuestís clients.

This is believed to be the first agreement of its kind and elevates eQuest and Castle Links to the position of largest global players in the jobs posting market. The new services are targeted to go live in July this year. All clients of Castle Links and E-Quest will be able to trial the new services for free in the early days, with fee based services targeted to start in both directions from October onwards.

ìThe agreement effectively provides any multi-national company with the ability to post jobs to the best employment websites anywhere in the world using either the eQuest or AMS online job posting products,î said John Malone, eQuestís chief executive Officer.

Paul Roebuck, managing director of Castle Links added ìThis alliance has been established at exactly the right time for us and our customers. The US staffing value chain is more advanced than Europe in terms of Internet usage. The lead established by eQuest in the US will help us to grow even more rapidly in the UK and European markets, whilst giving our global customers access to talent on a world wide basis much more easilyî.
