Business Intelligence launches HR Innovation 2001 - 02/2001

B2E conference and exhibition

Business Intelligence announces the launch of HR Innovation 2001, a Business to Employee (B2E) conference and exhibition, which will guide HR professionals through the new business landscape of e-HR. Due to take place on June 5 and 6 at the Commonwealth Institute in London, the event will highlight best practice in new technology strategies for human capital management and will also feature innovative e-solutions for human resources excellence.

The application of web-enabled technologies to HR systems is an emerging trend at both strategic and operational levels. A recent survey carried out by Business intelligence shows that 76% of respondents have rethought, redesigned or introduced new HR technologies in the last 12 months. Furthermore, 21% are planning to do so during the next 12 months.

Theresa Morrissey, Business Intelligence, B2E market manager comments; As the use of HR technology becomes more widespread, offerings from suppliers will become diverse and complex. There are also major considerations in terms of scale, expenditure, organisational transparency, e-HR evaluation, change management and systems integration. HR Innovation 2001 will address these issues, showcase e-HR software solutions and demonstrate how companies are harnessing the new HR technologies to their best advantage.
