Bullhorn makes The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies list for second year running

Bullhorn, the cloud computing company that helps recruitment companies transform their businesses, has been named in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list for the second year running. The company has placed 57th on the list, receiving the optimal 3-star accreditation in the process.

The list, which is published annually, recognises the UK’s most attractive and effective employers: participating organisations are judged on a variety of factors, including workplace engagement initiatives, staff wellbeing and perks, and company culture and values.

Bullhorn takes its place on the list once again after another highly successful 12 months, underpinned by strong growth and expansion in its key markets. Now employing over 600 staff, Bullhorn’s commitment to creating a highly engaged working environment has attracted the very best talent to its offices around the world, from London and Amsterdam to Boston and Sydney.

Peter Linas, international managing director of Bullhorn, comments: “What an honour it is for Bullhorn to be recognised again this year as one of the nation’s best employers. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: dedicated and hard-working staff are the key to the success of any company. At Bullhorn, we’ve recognised this from the very beginning and will continue to put the wellbeing of our staff above everything else.”

Bullhorn’s core employee wellbeing initiatives include an unlimited vacation policy and a wide range of social activities and events throughout the year. The company also operates its very own global volunteering and community service initiative, known as Bullhorn Cares, and staff are given additional paid leave during the year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.

Linas adds: “In the ever-changing world of work, employee engagement should be front of mind for companies of all shapes and sizes. We know that keeping our staff healthy, productive and, above all, happy, is – and will continue to be – crucial to our success as a rapidly growing, globally recognised enterprise. Our mission is to ensure an incredible customer experience, but that’s only made possible by ensuring an equally incredible employee experience.”
