Bond awarded 200,000 managed services deal with Xchanging

HR workflow online

Global staffing software producer Bond International Software Plc has been signed by Xchanging, the leading ëpure-playí business process outsourcing company, in a deal to provide a managed services solution to its customers.

Bondís world-leading Adapt software will control the temporary, permanent and redeployment aspects of the HR workflow online. This includes submitting and approving vacancies, managing the full candidate supply chain and posting and updating vacancies and staff populations via the web. Xchanging will deliver this capability through its integrated HR portal, ìpeopleportal.î

The system works by routing vacancy requisitions through an approval process to bespoke databases, as well as the external supply chains via an extranet. Appointed recruitment consultancies, making up the preferred supplier list, will also be given access to the system, allowing closer customer collaboration and immediate access to additional candidates.

Security is guaranteed as system access configurations mean different user types will have access only to the information designated to them. Similarly, all approved suppliers can submit candidatesí details to the extranet that can be screened by the recruitment specialists and then reviewed online by the hiring managers. This means they can easily update the status and availability of candidatesí details to ensure a high level of accuracy.

The systemís powerful workflow and database will also manage the resourcing and deployment of the contract staff - including comprehensive cost and statistical reporting of the process.
