Alexander Mann Solutions, the world’s leading provider of talent acquisition and management services, has today officially opened its sixth Global Client Service Centre located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and set to create over 250 new jobs in the province over the next 2 years.

The Belfast Global Client Service Centre, located on Great Victoria Street, will play an integral role in Alexander Mann Solutions’ integrated service offerings supporting international clients including Citi, Rolls-Royce, Deloitte, Santander and Statoil.

The current team (which has grown to 40 colleagues in under six months) is headed by Tracy Hurst, a talent acquisition and management specialist and Northern Ireland resident since 2008.

As part of the Global Client Service Centre’s commitment to the community, Alexander Mann Solutions has launched the Belfast Recruitment Academy, a pre-employment training programme in which up to 20 young people at a time are selected to undergo six weeks of professional development focussed on business and specifically talent acquisition and management skills. Successful Academy graduates are subsequently offered roles with Alexander Mann Solutions. The first Academy intake graduated in October with 17 positions offered. The second cycle is currently in progress with a further 20 graduates due to complete the course in May.

John Collington, COO at Alexander Mann Solutions, commented: “The promise of Belfast as a hub for talent is delivering and we are proud of the calibre of individuals who have joined the Alexander Mann Solutions team to date. We are delighted to partner with Invest NI and the Department for Employment & Learning, particularly in relation to the Belfast Recruitment Academy, which has proven to be a great success with 17 graduates joining the Alexander Mann Solutions team to date and plans to take this to over 50 this year.

“The next chapter in the Belfast Global Client Service Centre’s development is just beginning. We see the huge growth opportunities afforded in Belfast as we look to establish ourselves as a permanent member of the local business community.”

Alexander Mann Solutions has also announced that the Women’s Fund for Northern Ireland will become their regional charity of choice.

Commenting on the charity partnership, Hester Larkin, Global Client Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions added: “We are very proud to be named a chosen charity partner of the Women’s Fund for Northern Ireland. This charity is performing vital work for women across the province and we hope that we are able to lend our passion for people and expertise in talent acquisition and management in a meaningful and long-term way.”
