Alexander Mann Solutions, the world’s leading talent acquisition and management business, is pleased to announce the opening of a new Global Client Service centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland, creating 250 jobs.

Headquartered in central London, Alexander Mann Solutions supplies expert talent acquisition and management outsourcing and consulting services to multinational companies, enabling them to better attract, engage and retain their people.

The company has significant client presence in North America, Europe and Asia, operating in more than 80 countries and employing over 2,200 people. International clients include Citi, Rolls-Royce, Deloitte, Baker Hughes and Statoil.

The launch of the new centre is supported by Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) and the region’s Department for Employment & Learning,

Rosaleen Blair, an Irish-born entrepreneur and founding CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, commented: “There is no doubting why Northern Ireland is the leading UK region for inward investment outside of London. In particular, we were attracted to Belfast’s compelling combination of a highly-educated and multi-lingual workforce, a cost competitive infrastructure and a pro-business operating environment.  We are confident that the city is the best strategic destination for the next stage of our global development, and we are delighted to be working with Invest NI to generate high value jobs that boost the local economy.”

Alexander Mann Solutions has demonstrated strong growth over the last ten years. Despite a sustained global downturn that put pressure on businesses’ human resources functions across the world, the company has doubled annual revenues and more than tripled in headcount since 2007.

The Belfast Global Client Services centre will be Alexander Mann Solutions’ fifth and the first to be opened since the company was sold by Graphite Capital to US private equity fund, New Mountain Capital, in a £260 million deal in October 2013.

Peter Robinson, Northern Ireland First Minister said: “I am delighted to welcome another world-class company to Northern Ireland and to announce 250 new jobs in our important business services sector. Northern Ireland is achieving global recognition as a premiere location to invest and I welcome Alexander Mann Solutions’ decision to establish its business in Belfast.”

Martin McGuinness, Deputy First Minister, added: “This is fantastic news that Alexander Mann Solutions will establish a new centre in Belfast generating annual salaries of £6.1 million. The business services sector is one of our fastest growing sectors in terms of employment and has been developed largely by inward investment by many major international investors.”
