Advanced Business Solutions launches first ‘one stop shop’ MobileHR solution at HR Software Show

Advanced is the first software provider to offer Mobile HR solutions inclusive of mobile devices and airtime

Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced), a market leading business applications and services provider announces the launch of MobileHR on stand H50 at the HR Software Show (Olympia, London on 20 and 21 June 2012). Advanced is the only software provider to offer a mobile HR solution inclusive of airtime and mobile devices.

Advanced is exhibiting alongside three key partners at the show – Version One, RealFlair and Intuitive Business Intelligence - and is also hosting a seminar to highlight how HR technology can help businesses save costs and increase efficiencies.   

MobileHR is integrated with Advanced’s human resource system, OpenHR (formerly HR Pro), and allows employees to submit expenses, report absences, book training courses and update their personal details via their mobile devices (tablet, smartphone etc.) MobileHR can be provided inclusive of airtime and mobile devices as a ‘one stop shop’ offer, enabling businesses to save 25 per cent on their corporate mobile arrangement. 

Simon Fowler, Managing Director of Advanced Business Solutions (Commercial division) says, “MobileHR opens-up tremendous self-service and workflow opportunities, enabling mobile working at anytime and from anywhere. There’s been an explosion in growth of the Smartphone in recent times, which is expected to outperform the rest of the mobile phone market by nearly 25 per cent in the next five years. So now is the time to harness MobileHR and its workflow benefits.”  

Advanced is also demonstrating the full capabilities of its OpenHR and OpenPeople human capital management systems on stand H50. OpenHR includes self-service, workflow and e-recruitment and OpenPeople incorporates both HR and payroll functionality. Both systems can be easily customised without the need for ongoing consultation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see how Version One’s document management and imaging solutions integrate with OpenHR to deliver paperless HR. RealFlair’s Workforce Optimisation solution, a sophisticated web-based solution designed to help manage complex staff rostering needs, and Intuitive Business Intelligence’s dashboard solutions, are also being showcased on stand H50.   

Advanced’s seminar, ‘Demonstrating the ROI of HR’ is running on 21 June from 12:00 – 12:30PM. This seminar will focus on how technologies like Workforce Optimisation, talent management, mobile and self-service applications deliver significant efficiency and cost savings.
