A new vision for Midlands recruitment consultancy

Midlands-based recruitment consultancy Macildowie has kicked off the new financial year with a distinctive rebrand and website, to reflect the ambition of the businesses and its core values.

At the centre of the brand is the new ident, designed to reflect the company’s three-pronged, collaborative approach with candidates, clients and the team at Macildowie.

Macildowie is one of the UK’s leading independent recruitment businesses with offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Northampton and Milton Keynes, and has built up a loyal client and candidate base since its launch over 20 years ago.

James Taylor, director of customer development and marketing at Macildowie, explained the whole team has worked hard over the last 12 months to ensure the new brand reflects everything they stand for.

He said, “We had a consultation period with all staff to see what they thought about Macildowie, backed up with in-depth focus groups. What we have now is a new vision, clear values and a brand that we are very proud of.

“In our profession we often talk to candidates and clients about the importance of getting your personal brand right and now we are really leading by example.”

Macildowie works with some of the biggest companies in the region including E.ON, Vision Express, Capital One, Next, and Boots, and specialises in finding candidates in accountancy and finance, sales and marketing, HR, procurement and supply chain.

The team prides itself of delivering a high quality service for both clients and candidates and is shortlisted for ‘Best Client Service’ at the national 2016 Recruiter Awards.

The company continues to go from strength to strength with plans to take on an additional 25 staff over the next two years. James hopes this new brand will help them to attract more of the top talent they already have within the business.
