Caterer.com Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2014 shortlist revealed
Wahaca, Marston’s Inns & Taverns, The Rezidor Hotel Group, Bill’s Restaurants, Nadler Hotels, Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Leon Restaurants and Accent Catering Services are just some of the 60 businesses that have been shortlisted for the prestigious Caterer.com Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2014.
The Caterer.com Best Employers in Hospitality Awards, now in their fourth successful year, are the only established, recognised and free to enter employer awards in the hospitality industry. Respected by hospitality employers and employees as the truly credible mark of great employers in the industry, the awards represent employers from all sectors of hospitality and are judged purely via the views of their employees.
This year the awards have grown by an incredible 50%, generating entries from hospitality employers across all sectors and responses from just under 9,000 employees who completed the online survey created by employee engagement experts People Insight. The shortlisted employers are those who have achieved a high enough score from their employees to be included in the Top 60.
Caterer.com offer these unique awards because they care passionately about the industry and those that work within it. Great employees deserve to work for great employers – and these employers deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their outstanding contribution to this fantastic industry.

This year Caterer.com stepped up the quality of the awards even further by partnering with respected employee engagement experts People Insight, who developed an agile, relevant and impactful employee survey for the awards. The refined questioning has gained deep, detailed insight into employee engagement levels and yet remained simple to complete making it accessible for employers and employees alike. Once the award winners are announced on 29th September 2014, each employer will receive a free engagement report from People Insight, giving details of their employee responses across a range of key engagement areas.

Caterer.com’s Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2014 take place on 29th September 2014 at Lancaster London. Sponsors include industry networking group HotCatUK and recruitment specialists Part & Company. On the night, the Top 60 Best Employers in Hospitality will be announced alongside category winners, recognising not just the best employer overall but in each employer grouping too. 500 hospitality professionals are expected to attend the glittering black tie awards dinner and ceremony which includes drinks reception, fabulous entertainment and superb three course dinner with fine wine from Marcato Direct.
