The recruitment solutions company, which has its headquarters in St Helens, won the Employer of the Year 2019 prize amongst tough competition from across the region.
The business award recognises 360’s ongoing commitment to its team, in terms of developing skills and workplace opportunities, as well as its efforts to make the company a great place to work. This included overseas trips to the likes of New York, in-office events, charity drives, and the support given to staff to help them achieve their best.
A large reason why 360 Resourcing won the St Helens Employer of the Year award came down to its unique employee development programme. This scheme involves investing in new starters to give them the skills to succeed at 360, as well as in their future careers. Investment in the development programme also eases new employees into their roles, while giving them a taste of different business positions to see what fits their skills and career goals.
360 talks a lot about employer branding and Employee Value Propositions (EVP) to its clients across the UK, with many having benefitted from the expert advice. This knowledge proved invaluable in helping the recruitment solutions company to win this award.
360 Resourcing’s other services include Talos, an industry-leading Applicant Tracking System, social recruitment packages, and branded recruitment advertising campaigns. The St Helens Chamber Annual Dinner and Business Awards was held at the Totally Wicked Stadium, home to St Helens RFC, on the 16th May, 2019. The Employer of the Year award was sponsored by Wind in the Willows Childcare.
Tomas Coulter, co-founder of 360 Resourcing, said:
“It’s superb that all the hard work we put into training and developing our team gets recognised in this way. It was a tough group, but winning Employer of the Year is a fantastic team achievement!”
