This puts the North West-based recruitment firm in contention for the national award, which is being announced later this year in London.
360 Resourcing beat out stiff competition from across the North West to win its category, showing that the employer branding and EVP experts practice what they preach. Revealed on Monday 23rd September, 2019, the Merseyside company was among a number of winners from the St Helens Chamber in various categories. This left Kath Boullen, Chief Executive at St Helens Chamber, “absolutely delighted to have so many local businesses celebrating success”. These companies were:
- Employer of the Year: 360 Resourcing Solutions
- Small Business of the Year: The Filter Design Company
- Export Business of the Year: ATG Access
- High Growth Business of the Year: Cheshire Retail (NW) Ltd
- Customer Commitment Award: Handepay
Progressing successfully through the North-West heats now means a trip to Tobacco Dock, London, for the Gala Dinner and National Awards. These will be held on Thursday 28th November this year, with 360 already having been a runner up in the Best Use of Technology category in 2018.
The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) represents thousands of businesses of all sizes and sectors across the UK. Tomas Coulter, founder of 360 Resourcing, said:
“This is a fab result for 360 that’s only made possible by having a great, growing team in place. We’ve invested heavily in the development, training, and support of everyone at 360 at all levels, and it’s great to be recognised in a category close to our heart. Your Employer brand and EVP, whether both client and our own, is so important for attracting the right talent to your company, which this award shows we’re getting right.”
Francis Martin, President of the BCC, added:
“The Chamber Business Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the best of British business. Across the country, there are firms of all sizes and sectors thriving and showing their innovation and adaptability, even in the midst of turbulent times.
“Our businesses communities continue to generate prosperity and opportunity so it’s only right that we support and shout about the fantastic things they are doing.
“Each year the calibre of applicants impresses our judges, and this pool of entrants was no different. All our finalists should be proud of their success in reaching this stage and we wish them the very best of luck.”
