Specialist staffing company 2B Interface has today announced its expansion into Poland, with the opening of a new office in Kamienna Gora, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The Polish branch of the company will be named Agencja Pracy Meeritt and the move further demonstrates 2B Interface’s commitment to helping companies find their gold winning teams, wherever it is needed.
Established in 2005, 2B Interface provides a comprehensive staffing service to the joinery, metalwork and POP, POD and POS sectors. Offering the services in Poland will capitalise on the growing manufacturing industry in the country and facilitate increasing demand for highly specialised roles within organisations, particularly manufacturers.
Beatrice Bartlay, Managing Director and Founder of 2B Interface stated: “Over the past 12 years, 2B Interface has gone from strength to strength, building its reputation as a dependable supplier of temporary and permanent staff. We’ve expanded our reach in recent years within the UK and the natural progression is now to continue our growth, on a global scale.
Between 2011 and 2021, industrial production in Poland is expected to be growing by 3.7% per year on average according to data from Oxford Economics[1]. Beatrice explains: “Poland has become an extremely attractive location for manufacturing due to its central location and pool of skilled labourers. It’s one of the fastest growing economies in Europe and as someone who’s from Poland themselves, it made perfect sense for this to be the location for our first step into global expansion.”

The Polish branch will be jointly run by the chairman, Mrs. Justyna Mikolajczyk, who has over 11 years’ experience in international recruitment, and the Vice Chairman, Arkadiusz Burek, who has extensive experience in the financial sector.
