The new service is specially designed to address the needs of the highly competitive senior executive recruitment market within the hospitality industry. Willie Wood has a hotel management career spanning nearly 30 years. He joined Swallow Hotels in 1979, successfully managing hotels in Alnwick, Newcastle and Glasgow before the company was bought by Marriott. He then managed the Marriott Airport Hotel in Manchester before taking over the Glasgow Marriott Hotel where he grew annual turnover to in excess of £10million. In addition Willie is Proprietor / Operator of a hotel in Largs. Prior to joining Xpress, Willie was working across the UK, Europe and Africa on various senior management recruitment projects.
