TARGETjobs Events announced today the launch of Explore Sky: a new and exclusive event for undergraduates looking to discover more about careers in software engineering and technology at Sky.
On 28 September 2015, around 50 undergraduates will spend a day at Sky’s London HQ in Osterley, just outside central London. They will take part in practical sessions designed to showcase their skills and personality. They’ll also network with the recruitment team, graduates and senior managers to hear first-hand about technology opportunities open to them on Sky’s Software Academy and Technology programmes.
Explore Sky is highly selective, and students need to pass a rigorous selection process to land a place at the event. As well as looking for penultimate/final year undergraduates in computer science, Sky is also hoping to attract innovative, creative students who are able to demonstrate a real passion for technology, regardless of degree subject, and a drive to succeed at one of the Europe’s leading organisations.

Over the years, hundreds of young people have started their career with us on our Technology Programmes and we’ve seen our numbers grow yearly with an outstanding quality of candidates. In the past year, our Osterley campus has had significant development and we felt it was the perfect time to showcase the opportunities we have at Sky.’
