We’re delighted to announce that the people behind those well-known products have come together and formed a new brand – Ikiru People.
Ikiru People brings together the best of the group’s products, services and technical innovation, while continuing to support and develop its flagship products.
Paul Mather, Chief Operations Officer at Ikiru People, commented:
“We’re immensely proud of the services and support our teams offer to our customers around the world, across all our brands, and we’re now simplifying how we provide these services. We’re maintaining our global presence from our offices in the UK, the US, Australia and Germany, but now have greater agility by focussing on the services we offer across the group and moving away from having product-centric teams. We’ve renamed our business and have implemented a process of change so that all products and services are now offered through a single company, whilst maintaining our established and trusted product brands. We’ve also implemented new centralised systems for CRM, helpdesk, finance and HR to deliver a better, more streamlined service to our customers. It’s been uplifting to see the board’s vision so enthusiastically implemented by the team, and to complete this phase of the development without disruption to the client services.”
