Specialist recruiter Faststream today announces the re-brand of its Buildings and Infrastructure divisions to FRAME Recruitment. The new brand will house the Faststream Groups design, engineering, construction, facilities maintenance and property divisions under one roof.
Southampton (UK) headquartered Faststream, established in 1999, is a global specialist in Maritime, Oil & Gas and Buildings & Infrastructure recruitment and employ over 140 people across offices in Europe, Asia and North America. The FRAME brand will be owned and operated by the Faststream Group from its Southampton headquarters in the city’s Ocean Village marina.
“Since establishing Faststream 16 years ago this is the first time we’ve stepped away from the name that has served us so well” comments Faststream Founder and CEO, Mark Charman. “The process of re-branding our Buildings and Infrastructure divisions, one of our most established business areas, has not simply been about a change of our name and logo. It’s been about how we can provide a more straight forward service to our clients and candidates in this market.”
Charman continues: “This time last year I started to think about how Faststream could better service the business we have in the Buildings and Infrastructure sector. Through many discussions with members of our team, we decided that the best way forward would be to establish a stand-alone brand. It’s been as much a fact finding mission as it has a re-brand project.”
FRAME will provide Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Maintenance and Property recruitment predominantly to the UK’s domestic market. “Logically they are all part of the Buildings & Infrastructure process, start to finish” says Charman.
“FRAME is split into teams who will focus on each stage in that process – design, engineer, build, manage and maintain. It’s based on common sense and is reflective of how the market works, which we feel is important to the people and organisations working with us.”
FRAME will be conducting a recruitment drive for consultants to work in its Southampton office, in the heart of Ocean Village marina.
