REC Audited Education – the gold standard accreditation for education recruiter ITN Mark Education

Previously accredited with the Quality Mark for excellence in compliance, ITN Mark Education is delighted to announce that the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has awarded us with their Audited Education accreditation, the gold standard in education recruitment. This award means we have joined an elite group of companies recognised for delivering excellence in education recruitment.

The REC launched this comprehensive accreditation following the withdrawal of the Department of Education’s Quality Mark. The accreditation is a robust benchmark of a company’s compliance safeguarding checks, customer service, staff development, diversity and client management and much more.

The award shows ITN Mark Education’s commitment to the highest standards of recruitment and builds on our already excellent reputation for high-quality professionalism. It demonstrates that we are an agency that potential and existing candidates and clients can rely on and trust.

To receive the accreditation we had to undertake a robust online analysis of our working practices, demonstrating that we operate to the highest standards in all areas. The REC interviewed our Compliance Team, managers and staff about our processes and procedures and analysed all of our documentation. They also offered practical support and advice during and following the interview and inspection.

As well as inspecting our compliance practices the REC reviewed our customer service processes. They assessed our bespoke customer service training programme, developed by our dedicated training manager, which ensures that our teams deliver the highest standards of excellence to our clients and candidates on a daily basis.

Managing Director Roger Marsh said; “We’re delighted that the REC has presented us with this accreditation. We already operate to the very highest best practice procedures when it comes to compliance and safeguarding and despite the intense shortage of teaching staff and the growing recruitment crisis, we make sure we only place candidates that have passed our rigorous compliance checks. Our safeguarding principles ensure the protection and safety of our teaching staff, our schools and most importantly the students. We will continue to build on this great work and this accreditation reiterates our position as an agency that puts safety at the centre of our business”.
