Founders Lucy James and Jason Collings have both been in the recruitment sector for well over twenty years, in agency, Executive Search, RPO and in-house. They’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly at first hand and know what good looks like.
In setting up Blue Q Recruitment, Lucy James comments “We’ve created a recruitment agency that does things properly.
