Penna, the global people management business, is hosting a series of breakfast seminars for HR and Recruitment Managers to demonstrate how gamification can be applied to help overcome organisational challenges.

This follows the successful launch of their ‘Big Game Hunters’ report in March, which explored misconceptions among HR professionals about gamification, and highlighted ways it can be used – for everything from hiring the right employees, to improving performance and enhancing employee engagement.

The launch of the report was marked with a breakfast briefing at Penna’s London office which was extremely well attended. As such they have organised a series of additional regional events in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Birmingham throughout May and June for other clients

At the events, Penna will be teaming up with Gamification experts Fenturi to demystify gamification and demonstrate its relevance in the recruitment world. The session will be interactive and provides those in attendance with practical tips on how to introduce and apply gamification technology to enhance their people performance.

“The events are open to any HR professional looking for some practical tips for implementing gamification and making it a part of their company projects,” said Tristan Moakes, Head of Digital and Social at Penna who will be leading the seminars alongside experts Fenturi. “Gamification is often regarded as too new or untested to be worth considering but we’ll prove just how embedded gaming technology is in our everyday lives and how applying technology in this way can make a huge difference to organisational performance.”
