The company structure of the four brands and the way the companies work with their clients and contractors will not change and no action is required by our clients. Terms of business will not be affected and clients and contractors will receive the same quality service and support from their usual contacts.
OBK Tax was formed in 2009 and based just outside of Guildford provides compliant Tax and VAT services and expertise. Over the past couple of years OBK Tax have formed alliances with complimentary specialist companies enabling them as a Group to expand their services. The OBK Group has a turnover of £280 million.
