New Volume Recruitment Product Launched by Vacancy Filler

New Product Targets Volume Recruiters and HR Outsourcing Companies

Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software is today launching a comprehensive recruitment process outsourcing product, called Vacancy Filler RPO Software, aimed at recruitment outsourcers who manage volume hiring on behalf of their clients.

Until now, Vacancy Filler has supplied its cloud-based recruitment software to in-house recruiters across a wide range of sectors to help them manage discrete campaigns.  This new product, aimed at large organisations and outsourcers, complements Vacancy Filler’s existing in-house recruitment platform and is designed to manage large numbers of candidates applying for multiple roles.  Typical scenarios could include for example, sales and call centre staff.

Vacancy Filler RPO Software will support firms bidding for outsourced recruitment deals in sectors such as retail, financial services, call centres, shared services in government recruiting and blue light, where speed and efficiency are even more vital than in a typical hiring scenario.

Vacancy Filler’s new software differs from other products on the market as its only focus is for firms regularly undertaking volume recruitment.  The product will make the entire volume hiring process – from sourcing and attracting candidates to reviewing applicants and placement – extremely quick and easy, saving both time and money.
