After registering as a recruiter on yourpeoplemarket.com, companies can view current vacancies posted by employers across all sectors. Uniquely, employers indicate the fixed fee they are prepared to pay for each vacancy, but recruiters with suitable candidates they're itching to place have the opportunity to bid lower than that set rate to gain a competitive advantage.
