Two of the biggest names in North West recruitment, Ian Moat and John Clark, have joined forces in the new venture that is set to deliver genuine high level recruitment consultancy to North West plc – a fillip to customary candidate search services.


The renowned specialists, and former directors of Sphere Group, draw upon more than 30 years of combined industry experience in launching their Sale-based new venture.


“Threesixty selection has been launched in a bid to raise the bar in executive recruitment and deliver real value for businesses,” said John.


“We have witnessed some of the industry’s past and present failings, exacerbated by the recession, and our combined expertise will help to ensure our services are unrivalled in the marketplace.

Threesixty selection will utilise and convey this knowledge in a tailored offering to give clients the edge, whether they’re recruiting new talent or looking to better manage the talent they have.”


The new consultancy, boasting an extensive network of contacts, will specialise in executive recruitment for finance, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing operations and sales.


Within the recruitment sector Ian and John have played key roles at board level with leading recruitment brands. Former clients have ranged from major blue chip companies such as AstraZeneca, PwC and Adidas to independently-owned SMEs.
