Monster launches heavyweight radio and digital campaign in Ireland

Monster ad campaign aims to inspire people to have the confidence to Become a Monster and Find Better to find the job they deserve.

Monster.ie has launched its new ‘Become a Monster’ radio and digital campaign, reaching 2.7 million people in The Republic of Ireland. With a spend of €110,000, the campaign showcases how Monster can help anyone ‘Find Better’, connecting the right talent to the right jobs, and championing individuals to discover what they truly want to do and how they can achieve it.

The campaign features three scenarios encouraging listeners to think about what they truly want and showing them that they can overcome barriers by becoming a ‘Monster’ and securing the job they deserve. The variations of the adverts focus on three different scenarios around: ‘tech talent’, ‘advertising talent’, and ‘engineering talent’. Additionally a set of ten second adverts showcase a range of well-known companies, including Allianz Worldwide Care, Phonewatch, Guidewire, Fleetmatics and Comfort Keepers, highlighting the broad selection of job opportunities on the site.

The ‘Become a Monster’ campaign will feature both 30 and 10 second radio adverts, forming part of a heavyweight nationwide radio and digital campaign that launches on Tuesday 23rd February, running to Thursday 31st March. Radio stations include a mixture of key nationals and local stations, including Newstalk, 2FM, Red FM and Today FM.

Digital creatives will also run on Spotify (audio ads), as well as on Facebook, Google Digital Display Network and Search Engine PPC.
