Madgex Announces Commercial Partnership with Amped Market Place Inc.

The combination provides for the first time a fully managed recruitment service for media companies from a single private label program enabled with mobile, SEO, SMO and direct sales support and services

Madgex, the UK’s leading job board outsource specialist, are excited to announce a value-added commercial partnership with U.S. based job board service provider Amped Market Place Inc., (AMP). The agreement reached appoints AMP as the sole distributor for Madgex’s software and services in North America.


AMP provides services designed to amplify media companies’ online recruitment revenues, website traffic and lead generation through best in class software platforms, outsourced media sales, SEO, and social media optimization (SMO) consultancy and services.


AMP was founded by media industry veteran Terry Baker. Baker’s 20+ year career has included helping software startups reach critical mass in online recruitment and classified advertising including executive leadership roles with Adicio Inc., Advanced Recruiting Technology Inc., Hire.com, and also as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the HR-XML International Consortium.


The Madgex job board software including the Resume Search and Match pay-for-performance candidate delivery model combined with AMP’s services will for the first time enable a private label recruitment offering to be outsourced with a fully managed service including complete mobile site, mobile application support, social media integration and optimization, search engine optimization and direct sales and support.


The move was prompted by Madgex’s desire to enhance its competitive position in the U.S. offering commercial outsourced job board and resume software and services to media and recruitment businesses. By working with AMP, Madgex is able to better serve the U.S. market with the added benefit of Terry Baker’s leadership and AMP’s expertise. Madgex U.S. based clients will also benefit from ongoing consultancy and outsourced sales support plus the option to add social media and search engine optimization to their online recruitment businesses.
