Launch of enhanced Human Capital Management solution looks to support the shifting strategic role of HR departments

The new system offers flexibility with an intuitive feel, and can be fully-customised to reflect the culture and scope of any given business.

The enhanced solution’s launch follows the recent publication of survey results that demonstrate the importance of maximising talent. In the survey, 290 HR Directors, professionals and company managers revealed that 58% of respondents said their organisations had found it more challenging to recruit the right talent into their business compared with three years ago.
