idibu empowers partner network with launch of new API

Independent software provider idibu today announced the release of a new API (Application Programming Interface) that allows any third party company to set up and activate idibu trial accounts

Independent software provider idibu today announced the release of a new API (Application Programming Interface) that allows any third party company to set up and activate idibu trial accounts. Once in place, the API connection will mean existing or future partner of idibu can have their clients posting ads to multiple job boards in minutes.

The new API allows partners to specify login details for their users, complete the posting profile needed and configure connections to all their boards. Once entered, this information completes the new trial account and it’s ready to use.

The philosophy behind this latest development is to make multi-posting even more accessible and easy to use. The API allows a job board to set up an account and have clients posting adverts back to their boards within minutes. The API is also expected to be utilised by recruitment software providers.

Steve Walker, Managing Director of idibu added: “Our philosophy is to create powerful software that is always easy to use. The aim of this API is to allow people to experience that with minimum time investment. Our partners are now able to create ready-to-use idibu accounts in less than a minute – all their client has to do is login and click 'Post a Job'. We're keen to help partners get more traffic through to their job board networks, and believe this API can help to achieve that.

To support the new API, idibu have set up a Linked In group entitled ‘idibu partner network’ to enable its partner network to keep up to date with latest developments and opportunities.

Continuing with the theme of making multi-posting accessible to all, idibu have also confirmed that their pricing is to remain frozen for the third year running with entry level accounts still available from just £48 per month. Pricing will be reviewed prior to the next financial year end in July 2011.
