GradWeb unveils unique online recruitment system: GradWeb2.0

GradWeb, the graduate and entry-level recruitment outsourcing and technology business, has unveiled its latest recruitment system, GradWeb2.0. The technology enables all aspects of the entire recruitment life-cycle to be managed in one single system.

Each year the GradWeb recruitment team work with a wide range of different recruiters and recruitment teams to process in excess of 130,000 candidates. The GradWeb2.0 system was defined by this team to specifically harness their experiences and address the requirements of volume recruitment. It was subsequently brought to life by GradWeb’s in-house team of developers.

GradWeb2.0, currently used by clients such as Unilever, EDF Energy, the Audit Commission, Network Rail and QinetiQ, has solved a number of frustrations for recruiters dealing with volume applications, not least in reporting and management information.

“We get recurring feedback from recruiters about their frustration of having to manage candidates from application right through to offer using only spreadsheets, even when they have an ATS already in place” says Ben Jackson, GradWeb’s Head of Business Development. “This was a key area we wanted to resolve when we were redefining how this recruitment system should deliver for every user”.

The GradWeb2.0 system enables reports to be personalised for each user so every member of the recruitment team, senior managers or hiring managers only see what they want to see, when they want to see it. Using real-time data, users can search for, extract and report on every aspect of data held within the system. All the reports can be configured from within the system before outputting to print, pdf or Excel as required. Most importantly perhaps, reports from GradWeb2.0 can be tailored to exactly what the user requires from any area of data captured by the system, including activity reports, media source information and pipeline reports, all of which can be used for campaign modelling.

Philip Wright, GradWeb’s Head of Technical Services commented “The reporting aspect of the system is just one area that was developed to respond to the needs of the market, but GradWeb2.0 is able to offer extended functionality such as integration with Microsoft Outlook, Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Email and Instant Messaging, and seamless connectivity with all major online test providers”.
