Gradplus.com, the student and graduate careers website, has today announced a brand new service that enables businesses to post their adverts for free, and only pay for relevant applications. The Pay As You Go service works by allowing employers to view relevant details in each applicant’s profile, before deciding whether or not to purchase the CV and contact details. Details on the profile such as university, degree qualification, and A-level results, will enable employers to screen out less relevant applications and only pay for the applications that meet all of their initial criteria.
The service, which also allows CV searching, means that Gradplus.com is uniquely positioned in the online graduate recruitment market to provide companies with a risk free way to advertise.
Naomi Blackbourn, Account Manager at Gradplus Ltd said “we are really excited to be launching a new way for employers to advertise on the website. Advertising budgets are getting smaller, and graduate recruiters are getting more and more selective about how their advertising budget is spent. We are now able to offer them a real alternative to the traditional advertising method, where businesses pay for the space, by allowing them to pay for the result.”
