Eximius Finance launches Insurance recruitment division targeting brokers, underwriters & syndicates

Eximius Finance, a division of Eximius Group and leading recruiter of permanent and interim staff to the finance sector, has launched a division targeting the Insurance sector

Eximius Finance, a division of Eximius Group and leading recruiter of permanent and interim staff to the finance sector, has launched a division targeting the Insurance sector. Eximius Finance Insurance is structured to prevent conflicts of interest encountered by many recruiters in the contingency market, by having fewer non-solicitation agreements than is common in the sector.

By guaranteeing to partner only with a select number of brokers, underwriters and syndicates, Eximius Finance Insurance will leave the majority market free as a candidate pool, and avoids the industry stumbling block of headhunting from its own clients.

Eximius Finance recruits for candidates using search based techniques. The company’s research function creates up-to-date market maps and candidate pools, which in turn enables Eximius to headhunt the highest calibre of individuals that may not actively be seeking new positions, but are often open to discussions regarding external opportunities.

“The bottom line for recruiters in our sector is to fit the best candidate to each job opportunity, but the high level of non-solicitation agreements in place across the Insurance industry is causing huge levels of conflict,” explains Matt Strover - Head of Eximius Finance Insurance. “Eximius Finance Insurance will work to give the advantage back to the candidates and employers, and create confidence for both parties that we’re working in their best interests.”

The Eximius Finance Insurance team benefits from Strover’s five years experience recruiting finance professionals at various levels within the Insurance industry. Eximius Finance Insurance will complement Eximius Group’s existing marketing leading sectors within its Finance division - Banking and Commerce and Industry. The team aims to grow to 15 staff by the end of 2012.
