International search and selection firm, Eames Consulting Group (Eames) announces the appointment of Kelly Fordham as Associate Director of the company’s new Finance division.
Over the last 10 years, Kelly has developed an intimate understanding and in-depth expertise of the financial recruitment market having built her career at Hays, where she most recently served as Director.
In her new role, Kelly will play a fundamental role in launching the new Finance division at Eames. Kelly will establish a new team in London who will focus on recruiting mid-to-senior finance professionals across the banking, insurance and professional services markets.
Commenting on the appointment, Founder and Group Chief Executive, Matthew Eames said:

Her extensive knowledge and experience of the financial recruitment sector will be invaluable in moving Eames forward in the next stages of our growth and development. Kelly will report into Philippa Anderson, Partner, who also shared of the appointment:

In its continuing growth, Eames also announces the launch of its Wealth Management division, which will focus on leveraging its existing network in private banking built through its Risk and Compliance teams. James Alder joins the business from Sheffield Haworth and Mark Rhodes from Hutton Consulting, with over 10 years combined executive search experience in international private wealth management and will lead the offering across Europe and Asia.
