Daxtra Technologies, the specialist in CV Parsing and Search technology for the Recruitment Industry, is now launching a new product: Daxtra Magnet, a desktop application that references the online profile of a person (from Jobboards, Social Networks or individual web pages) and checks it against the existing internal database records.
If Daxtra Magnet finds a match between the online profile of a candidate and a record on the recruiter´s database; the recruiter can instantly update it, add notes and actions and link the person to a Job on the database directly from the Magnet window, without even leaving the browser or logging onto the database.
If no matches are found, a new record will be created on the database at a click of a button. Contact details, education and experience files will be automatically filled with the information available in the online profile.
The main benefit of using Daxtra Magnet is that internal databases and online resources work as a single integrated information pool, “you can increase the quality of your internal data as it can be constantly updated with external information and recruiters spend less time manually uploading or deduping candidates found on the internet.” says Andrei Mikeev, Daxtra´s cofounder.

If configuring the Magnet is easy (a one-time setup and database username details), using it is even simpler. When recruiters see an interesting candidate on the web, they only have to click the green magnet icon in the address bar, all available information is parsed and the candidate record created or updated.
