BURGER KING®, the second largest quick service restaurant chain in the world, is once again showing its support for future leaders as it launches this year’s campaign for the Leadership Development Programme. The iconic brand has announced that the application process is now open for top talent. The company offers the possibility to fill positions in the company’s headquarter locations in Madrid, Spain; Slough, UK; Zug, Switzerland; Miami, Florida; or Singapore.

The BURGER KING® brand is owned by Restaurant Brands International, Inc. (RBI).  RBI also owns the Tim Horton’s® Brand and is headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and will be running the programme with the goal to recruit the most prepared and driven professionals early in their careers. The programme celebrates its third year in the UK and aims to recruit 20 young professionals for jobs in departments such as marketing, business development, operations and human resources.

“Burger King is always looking for talented, driven professionals that will help to grow our iconic brand around the world”, said Lauri Hulsbergen, Head of People, Communications & IT for Burger King’s EMEA division. “As the business expands, the Leadership Development Programme offers recent graduates the chance to be part of a dynamic company, where their ideas and input will make a real difference to the Burger King brand. Furthermore, it provides us with the opportunity to continually add potential leaders to the business, driving our culture of meritocracy, ownership and excellence.”
