Badenoch & Clark (B&C), the professional services recruitment consultancy that is part of The Adecco Group, is developing its legal offering with a new service aimed at matching leading law firms, banks and corporations with the talent they need. B&C will use its market expertise and networks to provide legal document reviewers to law firms and other clients.
In addition to legal reviewers, clients will have access to a Managed Review Centre, legally qualified project managers and a specialist document review management tool.
The Managed Review Centre will form a part of the TurnKey Legal Centre network, which already has offices across the United States, including New York City, Washington, D.C, and Miami. Clients will benefit from 24-hour access to workspace, with all the comforts and facilities lawyers might need, all within walking distance to key London locations. The Centre is equipped with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure data centre, and has been designed to be extremely secure, providing 24-hour building security, controlled access and private work suites.
The B&C managed review service can also help law firms free up associates’ time, thanks to legally-qualified project managers who can lead projects on clients’ behalf. The project management teams will tailor review methodologies, workflows, checkpoints and resource estimates to meet customers’ specific goals. All project managers hold the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) certification.
Clients will also benefit from the SightManager document review management tool that delivers real-time screen views of legal professionals’ work. This allows the project management team to immediately spot and correct any reviewer errors, substantially reducing the error rate throughout the course of a project.
The new service is being launched in partnership with eQ and Special Counsel in the US, who already work with leading law firms and a range of in-house clients.
The launch forms a part of a broader strategy from Adecco Group to deepen its sector expertise and develop new complementary services to support existing and prospective clients, following the recent referendum in the United Kingdom to leave the European Union.
