The business is part of the national Berry Recruitment Group (BRG) and is based in London’s West End on Tottenham Court Road.
Genevieve has 15 years’ experience in the industry and moved from a senior role with a competitor.
Already she has grown the office and aims to have a team of 20 within the next four years.
Wild Berry Associates specialises in professional services for both temporary and permanent positions.
The business was created two years ago when BRG put all its central London assets together under one brand.
The Wild Berry name is taken from the group’s other two brands; Berry Recruitment and Wild Recruitment.
Genevieve said: “Growing the team here is a priority as there is so much potential.
“We work across professional services, from office administrators through to niche areas such as marketing, HR, accountancy and finance. We also supply PAs and EAs.
“It has the feel of a boutique agency but of course we have a large group behind us which makes such a difference.
“We always meet candidates face-to-face and this does increase loyalty from them, and is something that clients appreciate.
“BRG is also family-run and when I went to head office I met people who had worked there for many years and that is a really good sign.”
BRG works from 37 locations across the UK, employs well in excess of 200 people and last year achieved close to £66m turnover.
Recently it acquired the Southampton-headquartered specialist recruitment and training provider CPN Construction Services, now re-branded.
