Growing client demand has prompted leading independent executive search boutique Warren Partners to add a second director to its senior team in as many months.
Sally Johnson brings experience of working on board level recruitment assignments for UK and international clients, in the media, financial services, fmcg, manufacturing and retail sectors.
A law graduate, Sally started her career in publishing in 1985 as a commissioning editor for legal and accountancy titles with Pearson and then Thomson Reuters. She quickly progressed to become managing director of the publishing division of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, where she was successful in driving growth, innovation and profitability.
Sally then set up her own business consultancy to advise membership organisations, including the Institute of Personnel and Development and the Association of Corporate Treasurers, on developing their commercial operations, particularly online and new media services. On moving from London to the North West, she became a partner at executive search firm The Orcid Partnership.

Married with two children, Sally lives in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. She is a French speaker, having lived and worked for a period in France. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for travel.
