Spencer Ogden, the leading global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruitment specialist, today announced the appointment of a new CEO and two Director positions.
Spencer Ogden has promoted Bradley Lewington to CEO, having previously held the position of Sales Director for both APAC and EMEA. Lewington who first joined Spencer Ogden in 2012 has demonstrated strong expertise in launching new offices and sectors whilst growing businesses in line with targets. Lewington will succeed Co-Founder David Spencer-Percival who will move into the role of Co-Chairman with Sir Peter Ogden.
As CEO, Lewington will take responsibility for the day to day management and strategic direction of the business and tasked with its continued growth.

Edward Ogden will move into the newly created role of Global Sales Director. Ogden has been with the company since its inception in 2010 and was formerly responsible for Spencer Ogden’s successful US business.
In this role, he will be responsible for all global sales teams and will be setting out to improve client service and install sales operational excellence as the company continues to grow and take market share from competitors.
Spencer Ogden has also promoted Tom Reid to Director of APAC. Reid who previously held the title of Associate Director of Singapore first joined Spencer Ogden 2010 as a graduate and during his time with the company has held a number of international senior manager positions. David Mills who will replace Reid as Singapore Country Manager, brings with him 13 years of recruitment experience having previously led SThree’s Europe and Asia sales divisions.
Based in London, Spencer Ogden maintains locations in the US, EMEA, and APAC and has 15 international offices. In its seventh year of trading, the company saw turnover exceed £100m with fees increasing to £30m. Last year, Spencer Ogden received recognition at the 2016 Customer Experience Awards and was ranked 19 in LinkedIn's Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agencies of 2016, as well as making the shortlist of 10 companies that were listed for the Enterprise Champions Award.
