Skillsarena expands Customer Experience team

Skillsarena, the Chelmsford-based online talent management solutions provider has announced the appointment of Michelle Leigh as its new Customer Experience Account Manager, effective immediately.

Michelle will be working closely with Head of Customer Experience Vicki Mann, building and managing relationships with clients and offering advice, training and support.

Commenting on the team expansion, Jason Pierce, Skillsarena Managing Director stated ‘I am delighted to welcome Michelle to Skillsarena and I am sure she will be an asset to our growing team.  Her appointment is part of our ongoing strategy to drive successful growth for the business and offer a superior customer experience to our national client base.’ 

After qualifying as a teacher, Michelle worked in several primary schools before deciding upon a change of career direction.  She joins the business from her most recent role as a post-sales specialist at a luxury tour operator.  Her recent role has given her the customer service experience needed to be able to thrive in this new role.

Michelle has recently moved to Chelmsford from London with her partner Ben, and although she says she will miss the big city, is very much looking forward to a shorter commute!
