Recruitive has today announced that it has strengthened its board of Directors with two further appointments.
Lesley Bruce who previously acted as an external advisor to the board has now accepted a directorship in order to further endorse her support of the business. In addition to actively advising and supporting the management team Lesley will also act as a representative for shareholders interests. Lesley brings significant strategic planning experience to the business and has a background in commercial strategy and business transformation. This will benefit the Recruitive business as it continues its journey of growth into a major worldwide brand.
Meanwhile, Maziar Nazemi has also been appointed to the board. In addition to general strategic support to the management team, Maz joins the board with a specific brief to support Recruitive’s overseas development. His remit includes investigation and reporting back to the board of future potential target worldwide locations where Recruitive technologies could be introduced. Maziar is well travelled and has experience of working in other worldwide locations and scalability of businesses expanding into new markets.
