Real Recruitment Solutions firm strengthens team with its own new recruit

Bournemouth-based recruitment agency, Real Recruitment Solutions has expanded its commercial team by welcoming recruitment consultant Carrie Thornton to the company.

Boasting skills in everything from team leadership, to business development and sales, Carrie brings with her over nine years’ experience in recruitment, having spent eight years recruiting for call centre staff before moving over to agency recruitment 18-months ago.

One of Dorset’s leading recruitment companies, Real Recruitment Solutions (formerly Quantum Recruitment), offers a permanent recruitment service within the construction, commercial, hospitality and healthcare sectors, looking after clients nationwide.

Since launching the original company five years ago in 2010, managing director, Jacqueline Entwistle has grown the business year-on-year by 20 per cent - and recently rebranded Real Recruitment Solutions is on target to do it again this year.

Commenting on her internal recruitment process, Jacqueline said: “Here at Real Recruitment Solutions we hire our staff with the same care and consideration as when we recruit for our clients, ensuring the right people are appointed and retained for the longevity and success of our business.

She continued: “There is still a skills shortage, which is evident in various sectors but especially in Healthcare and Construction and makes the job of recruiting a challenge. However, our successful team members are rewarded with a competitive level of commission with no threshold, and with this in mind, I am confident that Carrie will fit right in and enjoy working for our small and friendly company.”

Carrie added: “With the recent re-branding of Real Recruitment Solutions, I feel this is a really exciting to join the team and be a part of its growing success.

She continued: “I believe I can bring a new dynamic to the commercial desk, building and strengthening its already successful client base.”
