Penna, the global people management business, has announced three new hires to its Recruitment Solutions creative team, strengthening its creative offering.

Nathan Yansifski joins as a Digital Strategist. With experience in recruitment marketing, he holds a degree in Advertising and Brand Management from the University of the Creative Arts. He has worked for various digital agencies, with a particular focus on digital marketing. His role at Penna will see him collaborate with the digital team across various client projects. 

Speaking about his new role, Nathan said: “At Penna I have been given a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team, in an environment that really embraces creativity”.

Penna are also welcoming Russell Lynch to their team as Senior Creative Consultant. Russell has over 17 years’ experience in digital recruitment advertising and has won awards for his work with clients such as Tesco, Specsavers, Credit Suisse and Nestle. In his role at Penna, Russell will work closely with both the Digital Development and Digital Strategy teams to deliver new and innovative recruitment solutions.

Russell said: “What attracted me to Penna was the opportunity to be a part of a fresh and creative digital team, at a time when the business itself is expanding. It’s a really exciting time to be joining.”

Jo Manley is also joining the Penna team as Art Director, having previously worked with Boots, Tesco, British Airways and Barclays to name a few. Jo’s experience in advertising, communications and design give her an impressive range of expertise for her new role.

Commenting on the appointment, Jo said: “It’s so exciting to be part of a creative team that’s experimenting with different media and original concepts.”
